The decoration in the holiday let was absolutely stunning, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. The facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us valuable local information. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, making us feel instantly welcomed.
Although there were a few minor issues, such as some lime scale in the sinks and shower, a duvet that was too hot, and a few maintenance concerns like a loose toilet seat and a useless LED light, these did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay. In fact, they served as helpful tips that could enhance future guests' experiences.

The flat was beautifully furnished and decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It was also spotlessly clean, with a well-supplied kitchen and a thoughtful welcome hamper. The location was perfect, right on the front and within easy walking distance to the pier, restaurants, bars, and bus stops. This made it convenient to explore the city and enjoy all the amenities it had to offer.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The cleanliness of the courtyards at the back and front of the flat left much to be desired, as they were not properly maintained.

The value for our money at Imperial House Holiday Let was fantastic. The room was impeccable, beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and town, and the staff, especially Melvyn, were incredibly welcoming and attentive.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety or a wider selection of fresh fruits.

This hidden gem exceeded all expectations. the inside of this cozy property is incredibly comfortable, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families. the hosts go above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a breakfast hamper, wine and beer, and even milk in the fridge. the shower is amazing and there's plenty of hot water. the location is ideal for exploring both the beach and nearby shops. Plus, the pre-arrival communication was incredibly helpful and accommodating!
The parking situation can be a bit tricky and expensive in the public car park nearby. with a little effort, free parking can be found in a residential area just a short walk away.

The location was perfect, close to both the beach and the shops, making it a great base for exploring the area. The welcome hamper was a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
While the second bed was not large enough for two adults, one of us found the settee to be very comfortable. the cleanliness of the courtyards and some areas of the apartment could have been improved.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect—right on the seafront, offering stunning views. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always available and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
The bathroom in our accommodation was quite small, with a low ceiling. It might not be the best fit for taller or larger individuals.

My recent stay at the Imperial House Holiday Let was amazing! The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The property itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, making it feel like a home away from home. The welcome pack with drinks and snacks was a lovely touch, and my furry friend was even treated to some goodies as well. The location was perfect, with easy access to the pier, restaurants, and bars. I also appreciated the thoughtful information about parking. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
